  • Biophotonics Engineering Lab의 강점
    • 연세대학교 Biophotonics Engineering Lab은 김동현 교수님의 지도 아래 광학 바이오센서와 이미징 시스템을 포함한 바이오 응용기술 분야의 연구를 선도해 가고 있다. 연구실 소속 석박사 과정 연구원들은 매년 국내/국제 학회와 학술지 논문 및 특허, 국내/외 전시활동을 통하여 연구성과를 축적하고 있다. 또한 산학협력프로젝트 및 정부지원과제를 통하여 최신의 기술을 선도하고 있으며, 특히 다양한 기초/임상 의료팀과의 공동연구를 통하여 연구의 수월성을 확보하기 위한 다학제 융합네트워크에 참여하고 있다. 한편 졸업생들은 국내 대기업 및 정부출연연구소, 그리고 다양한 해외연구기관에 진출해 왔으며, 재학생과의 교류를 통하여 진로에 대한 많은 정보와 도움을 주고 있다.

      연세대학교 공과대학 전기전자공학부 교수로 재직 중인 송용호 교수는 서울대학교 공과대학 전자공학과를 졸업하고, Massachusetts Institute of Technology에서 공학 박사학위를 취득하였다.
      주요 연구 관심 분야는 광학 기반의 바이오센서 및 바이오영상 시스템이며, 특히 플라스모닉 소자를 이용한 바이오응용 등이다. 광학 분야의 다양한 국제/국내학술대회의 program committee로 활동하였으며, 국내외 학술지에 다수의 연구 결과를 발표한 바 있다.
